Sorry for not posting anything sooner; but I'm obviously out of Fight.
Basically: It boils down to this: You gusy are all great, and I have really enjoyed being here and raiding with you; chatting, etc.
You also have a great philosophy for raiding; which has worked for you. I joined since I knew this was a semi-casual raiding guild; but that's not what I need. ((I needed it for ulduar since ulduar was boooooring))
With 3.2 out now, I actually enjoy Playign WoW again, and have been itching to do more. Up until Wrath I was in guild that were pushing server firsts, and my BC Guild's Illidan kill put us at WORLD 234. It felt great.
tl;dr version:
<3 you all, but I need a guild that has the same motivation to push hardmodes and faster kills.
Peace.

Suffice it to say, that we wish you all of the best in your search for a new guild.
While It'd probably be best to leave it at that. I don't think I can.
You and Ziln, do quality DPS. There is no arguing that.
From the get go however it felt like the both of you were 'warm bodies' putting forth minimal effort to fit in here. If one of you wasn't logged in for raid content you wanted, neither of you were.
I recall us wiping on something and the both of you mysteriously going off-line, yet someone was able to see you on IM.
Some initiates, bring nothing to the table, some bring DPS, .. and some fit in here like they've always belonged. I don't think this was the right place for you and Ziln, and it's a discussion we've had as recently as last night, and one other members had brought to my attention. So it was an easy decision for us to part ways with both of you, when we had heard of your intention to app somewhere else.
I wish you nothing but good luck in your time in this game and I hope you are able to find whatever you are looking for from a guild, elsewhere.

Aye. You all take care as well. I wish you all luck in raiding. ((Besides it was getting crowded with 4 rouges. :P))
Kill shit; loot shit; have fun. Never forget that if you don't have fun, it's not worth it. :)
sad that It had to come to this, but sorry at this point i'm just about to bored with this game to care about raiding just for the fact of it.
I felt no need to be much more than a warm body, I was never treated as anything more than that.
I was charged full price for an off-spec item that was gonna be sharded, even when I offered to pay back with a shard, hell I'd pay 10 shards.
loot policy, I was fine with this untill it was told that it wouldn't be reset that would have left me out of gear till about the end of 3.2, and give me no reason to improve my character in any way since uld gear would only delay colosium loot that much farther.
yayyo's tone when I asked a question was enough to tip me off that I wouldn't make member, so I went scouting.
Sorry for this post, but my questions were never answered and it obvious a while ago I wasn't wanted. I had intended to talk to an officer about this today but oh well.

What you put into something, is directly proportional to what you get out of it.

In our loot system, (which is essentially DKP with static pricing for loot and numbers for attendance) T8 loot is completely separated from T9. So one would not have any effect on the other.
All of this is neither here, nor there. I wish you the best as well Ziln. You're a good player, and bring great dps to the table, I am sure you won't have a problem landing on your feet.

All initiates are charged for offspec items.
