Looks like some members of Transcended were suspended for 72 hours (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-realm-blackhand&t=25250&p=1&tmp=1#post25250) for abusing game mechanics in MC.
If you would like to get technical of the matter,

Another guild was doing MC but at the time, only killing Magmadar at best. They only had 1 raid night a week and would like to progress.

When our raid timer expired, we decided to help this guild progress through MC with some first hand help.

We took members of their guild, showed them the other boss fights ( setup, groups, tanking, misc strats) , Before this suspension we had only done this 2x. After the first time of helping them, they cleared all of mc by themselves except sulf/gole +. A guild coming from only Mag kills to that is alot of progress. Members of that guild recieved loot they probaly wouldnt have seen for awhile without our help.

Now dont think im trying to say we didnt have 2 Rag kills in a week because we did. During these Rag kills, members of the other guild were there as well.

Cascading isnt the word that should be used here. Compared to what other guilds are doing killing 4 Rags a week by stealing other guilds timers, we helped another guild progress through End game content with a small bonus at the end for doing so.

Just thought I'd add in here.. that the last week I found out that Trans has kicked healers from the guild for not specing a certain way (I'm sure others already knew this before me.) And I don't just mean ppl who went like all shadow spec or all druid damage.. I mean ppl who spec'd FOR healing but didn't choose the "proper" talents that the officers wanted. Pretty screwed up.

Most of the big guilds are very uncool like this. Makes you realize just how cool our memberbase is, and how petty some of our arguments really are in the scheme of things.

Yeah that is stupid. I've found that for the most part, any spec can be filled in a clearly defined roll. There is no reason to do something like this.

Well said.

Dictating on how someone has to play a specific class is crazy. Can't imagine playing with people like that.
